Mesh Rescue Drone

In another project, I built off-grid mesh radios with GPS capability. The first thing I wanted to do was test how far they could go. Without direct line of sight, the range was not very impressive, and therefore not practical for search and rescue teams. If a node in the mesh had a superior vantage point, it could connect all visible nodes over a far greater distance. The natural result: I strapped it to a drone.
